St. Croix River Canoe Trip (more info)

Day tours & overnight trips, 3-5 days. Designated as a Canadian Heritage River, the St. Croix flows along the eastern Maine border with New Brunswick Canada offering great wilderness scenery, moderate whitewater, maintained campsites and fishing for small mouth bass. the St. Croix is well suited for families and groups of all ages with little or no experience and can be paddled all summer long.

Allagash Canoe Trip (more info)

Our best trip for spotting moose. Numerous starting and ending locations. Our 4 day trips start at Round Pond skipping Chase Stream Rapids and the large headwater lakes ending at Allagash Village. Our 6 day trip starts on Churchill Lake, includes Chase Stream Rapids and ends at Allagash Village. Our 7 day trip (the traditional trip less Chamberlain Lake) start on Indian Stream, skips Chamberlain Lake and ends at Allagash Village.

Families with younger kids (ages 10 and up) are welcome on our 4 day trips which are mostly river travel, on longer trips,  we recommend the minimum age be 12. Late August trips tend to be all adult trips.

Cost per person, 4 day trips $850.00, 5 day  trips $995.00, 6 day trips $1150.00, 7 day trips $1295.00, 14 days $2395.00, kids and teens up to age 17 come at 10% off on 4 & 5 day trips and 15% off on trips 6-7 days when there are at least four adults paying full price (your party or combined parties).

Cost per person: day trips $125.00,   2 day trips $550.00, 3 day trips $595.00, 4 day trips $745.00, 5 day trips, $895.00, kids and teens up to age 17  come at 10% off when there is at least four paying full price (your party or combined parties).

Baskahegan Stream Canoe Trip (more info)

The Baskahegan Stream in northern Washington County is a lesser known canoe trip, offering excellent opportunities for small mouth bass fishing, moose watching and viewing beaver, otter, eagles, and waterfowl. A leisure canoe trip with a focus on fishing.

Cost per person: $550.00 adults, $450.00 for ages 17 and under

Bonaventure River, Gaspe, Quebec (more info)

7 day whitewater canoe trip nestled in a forest of Black Spruce. We begin our trip at Lac Bonaventure high in the Chic Choc Mountains and end near the Bay of Chalour. Lots of lively class I whitewater with a few class II-III ledge drops. Must have solid paddling skills. (pictures of one of our 2019 trips)

NE Mistissibi River, Northern Quebec  (More Info)

The NE Mistissibi River is one of Eastern Canada’s best whitewater canoe trips. It features over 70 sets of rapids in 70 miles, many over 1 kilometer in length. When paddling in low to medium water, there is only one short portage and several linings, making this an excellent river to paddle or pole that is not too physically demanding. Scouting more difficult  rapids prior to paddling provides helpful insight on how & where to run. Fish for Brook Trout and Northern Pike. Must have good whitewater paddling skills.

Cost per person is $2495.00, includes all equipment, meals while on the river, 1st night at a campground in Doubeau/Mistissini. For adults and ages 13-17 when take part with an adult.

De Pas River Two Week Canoe Trip  (More Info)

The De Pas is located in Northern Quebec and northeast of Labrador City and east of Schefferville. A tributary to the George River, the De Pas begins with numerous headwater lakes flowing northeast to the George River. Numerous class I-III rapids. This is an excellent back country canoeing and camping adventure offering fabulous fishing for Brook Trout, Lake Trout & Northern Pike with opportunities to view wildlife including bear, wolf and caribou.

Cost per person is $4500.00, includes all equipment, meals, round trip on the train from Sept Isle to Schefferville, overnight lodging in Schefferville on both ends of the trip and bush flights in and out. Ages 13 and up, adults.
